Cardamon & Banana Cream Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup of almond milk (You can also use cashew, hemp, soy or coconut milk)
1/2 teaspoon cardamon powder
1/4 cup cashew cream (sweet version)
1/4 cup chia seeds
Directions:
Place banana slices, cardamon powder, cashew cream and milk into a blender and blend until smooth. Empty mixture into a bowl and add the chia seeds. Mix together and then place in the refrigerator, covered. Leave for a minimum of 1 hour to gelatinize. Serve.
