I have been making almond milk (or other dairy-free milks) on a regular basis for the past few years and just realized I never added any recipes for these to the site. So here it finally is! Below are a few variations or dairy free milk recipes.
For people who drink dairy free milk I really encourage you to make their own! It tastes, in my opinion, a heck of a lot better than store bought options. Also there are no added ingredients to preserve/emulsify the milk therefore what you are drinking when you make it yourself is plain, simple, healthy goodness. The downside to this is the milk lasts about 4-5 days, no more. But I just make it in small batches so I can use it up without having to thrown it out.
